Howdy gang, there is a Wilderness and Remote First Aid course happening at the Woodcliff United church basement Friday Jan 11, 6-10 pm Saturday Jan 12, 8am-5pm.
And Sunday Jan 13 at West Bragg Creek recreation area, 8:30am-4:30ish pm.
Already have your WRFA certification? This is an opportunity to take your Advanced Wilderness and Remote First Aid bridge course and gain additional skills and techniques that will prepare you for stays of 72hrs and longer in the bush awaiting help, aligning fractures, relocating shoulders and fingers/toes, discontinuing spinal precautions, extended care scenarios, etc.
